AI technology can do a lot of things to make contact centers more efficient, but it's not going to replace human agents any time soon. In our study with ContactBabel, we found that contact center calls are getting longer and more complex. While customers may turn to self-service options like chatbots when they have straightforward questions, they still want to speak to a human about more complex issues.
