What is an air conditioning ton? This isn’t the size or weight of the air conditioning unit, but a measure of how much refrigeration is needed to melt a ton of ice at 32 degrees Fahrenheit. An air conditioner that has 12,000 BTUs can offer one ton of cooling.

Clean Coils Save $$$$ As the days get hotter, here are a couple of things to consider about your A/C unit: Dirty coils can increase energy use by more than 30%. Dirty coils can make the compressor work harder and lose up to 30% of cooling capacity. Air conditioning maintenance should be done twice a year and the guide below will help you select the right products for your A/C unit.

Reverse cycle systems are refrigerated systems with a reversing valve that changes the direction the refrigerant gas travels in your system. In cooling mode, hot air is pumped outside, and in heating mode, the hot air is pumped inside. These systems also have a dry mode to remove moisture from humid air, and a fan mode, which is great for circulating and cleaning air on milder days. #stinsonairsw #airconditioning #southwestairconditioning #reversecycle

➡ Heat Pump Refrigeration Cycle in Air Conditioning Mode ⬅ A heat pump is an example of a bi-directional system that is capable of either absorbing or rejecting heat in an area. The absorption coil (evaporator) and rejection coil (condenser) locations switch depending on the directional flow of the refrigerant. This means that the indoor and outdoor coils switch roles depending on if the system is operating in air conditioning or heating mode. A heat pump requires the addition of a reversing valve to switch the refrigerant flow. The same metering device is used for both air conditioning and heating mode. #Refrigeration #Climatisation #froid ❄ 💧

What kind of bus air conditioning quality is good? Come and see what the high-standard shower test is like. The setting for the rain experiment is the maximum water output of the equipment. It can be found through the changes in water patterns on the windows. Even in heavy rain, the air conditioner still operates normally, ensuring heat dissipation and airflow.
