2024 marked the 10th anniversary of Manos Gerakinis Parfums, a true milestone for our House. This journey wouldn’t have been possible without all the gracious individuals who purchased, wore, discussed, wrote about and spread the word about our perfumes. Next to them, I’d like to thank from my heart our retail and business partners, as well as the whole Manos Gerakinis Parfums team. With gratitude, Manos Gerakinis Founder & Creative Director of Manos Gerakinis Parfums

U.S. beauty group The Estée Lauder Companies Inc.’s 2024 fiscal year, which ended June 30, 2024, closed with a whimper. Over the year-long period, the company generated $15.61 billion in net sales, a 2 percent year-over-year drop on a reported basis. Alongside the decreased cash flow, the corporation will also be losing its longtime leader soon, as president and CEO Fabrizio Freda will retire at the end of the 2025 fiscal calendar. One of the most common challenges that DTC brands face is a growing number of partners, tools, and platforms that clutter their web experience and increase their technology expenses. It gets expensive, your site speed slows down, and it's hard to track what's active and what's sitting in the app graveyard. I'm a big believer in the integration and connectedness of brand and retention programs, including loyalty, reviews, and referral programs. We can leverage valuable insights, create data-based decisions, and create clear pathways for growth. Best of all, it can enable a seamless and data-driven customer journey that encourages customers to join the brand community. Thanks for the shout out Okendo

This is what culture should look like! I've worked for and led many sales teams, some of which were built on toxic culture. In sales, it’s challenging to balance individual targets and aspirations with teamwork and collective growth. At The Reward Collection, we've nailed this balance. Our culture is all about supporting one another and genuinely wanting every team member to succeed. As you can see from Nikhil’s screenshot, we get super hyped about great brands coming on board. I’m incredibly proud of our team, not just for their performance, but for their support for each other and their constant sharing of ideas to improve. As CEO, I believe it’s crucial to see employees not as working FOR me, but WITH me, building our vision together!
Yesterday was Lucy Day. What's that? The day when our humble hustler role model Lucy Cox brings in one of the dream brands at The Reward Collection. Stay tuned to see what new brand she has brought on board. Lucy Cox - Tom Sumner - James Bannerman - Marco Faccini - Adam Green - Shaun Lee - Ryan Raja - Sam Ali - Shamas Khan - Beth Smalley - Tayla Morelis

This Friday, at the Feria de Abril (Sevilla) 💃 , I had the opportunity to experience something revelatory that I want to share with my LinkedIn network, especially those in the cosmetic industry. Amidst laughter and Sevillanas, I was introduced to a colleague from the same industry. Upon discovering our professional connection, she asked me which company I worked for: I mentioned that I work at a private label factory. To this, the person responded with a gesture that suggested some disdain (to use an euphemism), regarding the company she worked for as if our work was of a lower level within the sector. In response to her reaction, I proudly explained that we collaborate with renowned international brands, to which she replied that this was "the worst of all." This exchange made me reflect not only on the lack of courtesy in her comment (it might be because of too much rebujito) but also on a broader and more significant issue: the perception of own brands in our industry. Some traditional brands tend to believe that they are the only ones innovating and offering quality products, but the reality of the market is changing. The "white label" is no longer just about copying or offering mediocre shelf products. In many cases, these brands are outselling the so-called A brands. Outsourcing innovation to private label (PL) manufacturers is redrawing the lines of what it means to innovate in cosmetics. It is no longer exclusive to those with large R&D budgets. This, I believe, is what truly frightens some in the sector. This encounter at the fair was a reminder that innovation can come from anywhere and that underestimating the less visible players in the market can be a mistake. PS: the woman in front of me in the photo is a friend of mine, she just made me laugh. Well, like the other woman actually. 😉 #Cosmetics #Innovation #CosmeticIndustry #PrivateLabel #FeriaDeSevilla #Networking #cosmewax

Today aaa/unbranded® celebrates its second birthday. Actually, we like to say that the company was born on the night of 22-23 February 2022. I don't remember what time. Yes, two years have passed. They have flown by like a bird. Some time ago I read somewhere something Albert Einstein said, the concept of which was: 'If you put your hand on a heat source for a second, it will feel like an hour has passed. If you go to dinner with a beautiful woman for a few hours, it will seem like only a few minutes have passed'. This 'quote' gives you an idea of how I feel as the founder of aaa/unbranded® after two years. It seems like yesterday that we started designing every detail of the brand, it seems like yesterday that we started our first perfumes and skincare, that we built our online store, our image. And it seems like yesterday when we started making our first business contacts. We did it all with great commitment, great joy, a lot of piss and a lot of sweat. But today, after two years of work, we are happy and are starting to see the first results. I am not going to list them here because there are so many, even though we are still at the beginning. Like any good company that wants to innovate and take its place in the market, development work is never finished, because it is like a beating heart and if it stops, everything dies. So I thank first of all my 3 co-founders and partners, all the people who have contributed to the birth and growth of this company, and especially our suppliers, small businesses and large companies with great talent. Thank you all, from the bottom of my heart! Mario Innocente founder aaa/unbranded® #aaaunbranded #newcompany #beautysector #growth

I was born into a family dedicated to Perfumery and Puig was one of our great suppliers together with Mirurgia Gal, Federico Bonet, Álvarez Gómez ... and the great global brands Chanel Dior Elizabeth Arden L, Oreal etc. The founder D Antonio Puig was a good friend of my parents whom I was lucky enough to meet in one of their factories and ... on his farm At the end of Economics I had the option. To decide between working at Puig as a product manager or at Seat as an attached to the Logistics D Despite my choice for Seat I have always followed the Puig Group with enormous interest and lately I have dedicated time to analysing its brilliant trajectory and strategy as an ecosystem of brands focussed on the beauty business both in fashion and fragrances as well as in cosmetics and dermo Its evolution full of successes demonstrates an excellent saga of entrepreneurs now in its third generation I have analysed in detail the Brochure presented to the CNMV of the ipo and opv that they will carry out at the end of April for about 3000 million € Track Record of success, an Adequate Strategic Plan and an excellent equity story allow a fair valuation of the company that supposes a price and multiples that although demanding are very attractive for a company that has a gross margin of 74.4% and that multiplied by 2.2 times in 4 years its sales and its ebitda by 2.8 times 23vs 19 Puig has a Vision and values and a clear strategy. His core business is strongly consolidated and has unique capabilities: it will be a successful investment A pride for our economy to have a group like Puig that is an example of internationalised Spanish companies global leaders It will be a clear example for family groups that want to evolve by incorporating the culture of the requirement of listing in the markets as well as strict governance to make the aspirations of minority shareholders and customers their own

Don't leave your company's future to chance. Prioritize succession planning with DHR's tailored strategies to identify and develop top talent. Invest in your company's longevity. #SuccessionPlanning #LeadershipConsulting
Succession planning is critical to shareholder value and long-term company success. Spanish beauty and fashion house Puig has taken a unique approach: banning its next generation from working within the company. Led by family members since 1914, Puig aims to ensure a smoother transition of leadership and maintain business excellence. Analysts applaud this move, which mitigates family conflicts. DHR’s Jeanne E. Branthover emphasizes, “Succession planning isn’t only about identifying the next CEO, but about making a company bigger and better.” Read more about this bold approach in the The Wall Street Journal article: https://lnkd.in/g_P8mSQS #SuccessionPlanning #LeadershipTransition #FashionIndustry
