it's easy to get lost in the overwhelming amount of support data and physiology principles behind & showing how much #mechanicalventilation, lung expansion (recruitment), and secretion clearance + cough with #BCV can help patients. but it's the impact on the daily real life they live that is so powerful. #QOL we take for granted having the ability to deal with an inconvenience as an inconvenience, to those with respiratory conditions it can be an insurmountable obstacle. #respiratorycare or the "mundane" tasks, think about not being able to tidy up or do a chore. what can it mean to someone that could not to have that freedom again?
