Belgrade/13.12.2024 - IPELCO SRL awarded GPM Consulting Belgrade a two-year contract to provide market access and promotion of PelleITALIA leathers on the markets in Serbia, Bosnia and Herzegovina and Montenegro. GPM Consulting Belgrade should identify potential customers, build relations, secure market access, and establish regional leather supply chain including importers, wholesalers, retailers and final customers (factories, craftsmen and physical persons). The duration of the contract is from 01.01.2025 to 31.12.2026.

𝗦𝗥𝗜 𝗚𝗥𝗢𝗨𝗣 𝗕𝗨𝗬-𝗦𝗜𝗗𝗘 𝗔𝗗𝗩𝗜𝗦𝗢𝗥 𝗧𝗢 𝗕𝗢𝗔𝗧𝗢 𝗜𝗡𝗧𝗘𝗥𝗡𝗔𝗧𝗜𝗢𝗡𝗔𝗟 𝗜𝗡 𝗧𝗛𝗘 𝗔𝗖𝗤𝗨𝗜𝗦𝗜𝗧𝗜𝗢𝗡 𝗢𝗙 𝗖𝗠𝗠 With a team led by 𝘔𝘢𝘯𝘢𝘨𝘪𝘯𝘨 𝘋𝘪𝘳𝘦𝘤𝘵𝘰𝘳 Massimo Domini, 𝗦𝗥𝗜 𝗚𝗿𝗼𝘂𝗽 acted as 𝘣𝘶𝘺-𝘴𝘪𝘥𝘦 𝘢𝘥𝘷𝘪𝘴𝘰𝘳 to Boato International S.p.A. in the acquisition of a 70% stake in 𝗖𝗠𝗠 𝗦𝗿𝗹, an Italian company based in Gemona del Friuli (UD), active in 𝗺𝗲𝗰𝗵𝗮𝗻𝗶𝗰𝗮𝗹 𝗰𝗼𝗻𝘀𝘁𝗿𝘂𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀 and specialised in 𝗽𝗿𝗲𝗰𝗶𝘀𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗺𝗲𝘁𝗮𝗹𝘄𝗼𝗿𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗴 for various industrial sectors. In 2023, 𝗖𝗠𝗠 𝗦𝗿𝗹 achieved a turnover of approximately €𝟲 𝗺𝗶𝗹𝗹𝗶𝗼𝗻, employing 𝟮𝟳 𝗽𝗲𝗼𝗽𝗹𝗲. Thanks to this transaction, Boato International S.p.A. will strengthen its business by vertically integrating and internalising part of its supply processes, leveraging 𝗖𝗠𝗠 𝗦𝗿𝗹‘s technical know-how in the mechanical construction sector.

GROB and Mandatec AG have been working closely together for more than 10 years.🤝 In 2013, the two companies met for the first time at the EMO trade fair in Hanover, and in 2015 we were able to win over Mandatec with our popular 5-axis universal machines. The result was a long partnership of equals. We have now been able to supply Mandatec with two more machines. These will expand the machine park and support production. Here is what we’ve learned: ·       People think that inoculation is their biggest concern ·       The biggest problem they actually face is legalization. ·       This is true for more than 75% of those we engage ·       Although legalization is just a part of the whole value chain, it is the final say whether an Agarwood farmer can sell, OR NOT. ·       A business which does not earn is the MOST EXPENSIVE kind of business And the whole business has so many more parts a regular farmer wouldn’t know about.
