As a #WorkdayLeader, #LeanPractitioner, I have used the daily stand ups to get into the cadence of things to not only address the tickets to keep the work flowing, but also address the root causes to avoid future tickets. I recall the many #AllHandsTeamHacks to solve issues in the remaining 15min of the call. As a #Coach & #Mentor, I use the Stand Ups to check on members of the team, feel the pulse of the moment and the "scent of the place". Is the team happy? Concerned? Latest gossips and trivia?
