In this mindfulness practice you´ll learn intentions to be present and be greatful. Practicing gratitude can help with depression, anxiety and stress. Gratitude involves showing appreciation for the things in life that are meaningful or valuable to you. Taking a moment to notice and acknowledge the things you’re grateful for each day can brighten your outlook, boost your mood, and help you feel more positive in the face of challenges. I recommend doing this practice daily. I hope you enjoy it! Listen this atrack and all my work on Insight Timer #gratitude #mindfulness #life #challenges #bepresent #awareness

A mindfulness practice supports you to notice and be curious about your attitudes. To notice the negative chat, the resentment, the false positives, the decisions made to keep people happy. Once you notice more, you can choose if these attitudes and behaviours serve you well; you have created an opportunity to change... Mindfulness has been proven to increase areas in the brain linked with self-awareness, compassion and introspection, and decrease in the areas linked with anxiety and stress. Quick mindfulness activity for today- take 3 minutes from your super duper busy schedule, breathe in deeply and breathe out deeply. Just that, for 3 minutes. You can even put a timer on. Notice how you feel after this. Is there any change in your feeling state? Does it bring you back into the now?
