Nice place for an investors meeting... Last week, I had a meeting with an investor 👨💼, and he gave me an idea about my business 📈 that I had not thought about as a possibility and affected an essential part of the value proposition... The fact is that 4 days later, a series of events have added fuel to the flame 🔥. This idea, which seemed Martian 👽 at the time, makes much more sense only four days later. Sometimes you need another eyes 👀 to have a better perspective. Even if they tell you something that is not what you want to hear. The conclusion is that we should always share and externalize our ideas 🔄. In HotelAider we are launching the solution to the market and have already presented it to many clients, but the investor perspective was not there yet. We don't really need investment 💵, but it is clear to me now that I will meet a lot of investors to get their feedback and validate my model and enrich it from a more financial point of view. And if along the way I find someone with whom I have a lot of chemistry ⚗️ and I see that they are going to contribute, we will open the doors for them to enter, but not for their money, but for their additional contribution (what they call smart money 💡). #hotelaider #ia # travel

Scared money doesn't make money. That translates to any kind of value or resource: money, time, connections. You’ve got to give to receive, and Austin and I have known that since the beginning. Each and every crossroad of building SixTwentySix has been a leap of faith. And we’ve given it our all every step of the way. But there was one area we were still holding back: actual financial investment in developing ourselves as leaders. We spent a long time thinking that just grinding it out and giving things our 110% would get us further, putting in time and energy like it was an unlimited resource, but never actually putting out the capital to invest in the support that we needed. And when we finally did? Instant results. We’ve seen ridiculous benefits and growth, and it makes the possibilities feel endless for ourselves and our team. My one regret? We’re growing our number of entrepreneurial families in Dreamers Collective ❤️ A warm welcome to Stig Bundgaard and Bo Knudsen, who have joined the team. After starting with four families who joined in August, we’re now counting seven families and feel like we have something interesting going on and unique to offer.   We now have a collective of talented founders from diverse industries and backgrounds, which improves our community and provides forward-looking opportunities to share knowledge and possibilities. We see a significant gap in the market for a hands-on family office that goes beyond traditional financial services to address the deeper, more personal challenges families face. Many families struggle to find support for navigating sensitive, non-financial issues, and the opportunity to share personal thoughts and experiences in a trusted, like-minded environment is rare within the family office landscape. Next, we’ll focus more on approaching and laying out an investment strategy built from the ground up with tech and data as the underlying drivers. We feel inspired by the framework approach by Ashvin B.
