When I think of business, I don't like to look at a short term view of business and I think of the entirety of the business. I always think long term, yes, they're short term things that you're going to do throughout the course of any period. A 90 day period, a six month period. Those are short term to me. One month period, you got goals that you're trying to do in 30 days, month end, close of business, close of business that day. Those might be short term initiatives. But the long term outlook is going to be how you're going to get to the finish line. And so those short-term battles that you win allow, allow you to get to the victory of the war. And when you start thinking about a war, it's long and, and you, you're going to lose some people, you're going to lose some soldiers. You're going to you're going to lose weapons, you're going to acquire new weapons, you're going to acquire new strategy. You're going to go to different battlefields like these battles that you're winning. Losing throughout the day are teaching you endurance and so you want to position yourself where you look at business as a marathon, definitely not a Sprint.
