Why do we modify reinforced renders with VINNAPAS® polymer binders? For a simple reason: to create a truly durable render system. The polymer binders establish secure adhesion to the masonry and the fiber mesh, while at the same time adding flexibility to the system. What’s your experience with reinforced render? Do you work with it and would like to share your experience? Let’s have a look at an alternative to external thermal insulation composite systems (ETICS): thermal insulation render/plaster (TIR). TIR is a special mineral-bound render/plaster with lightweight components that have low thermal conductivity, e. g., expanded polystyrene (EPS), expanded glass or clay based on perlite, vermiculite, foam glass, etc. As in ETICS, VINNAPAS® polymer binders improve key characteristics of the render/plaster. Do you have any experience with TIR and ETICS? What’s your preferred method? 👉 For more information on both systems, you might want to check out our new Insights article: https://bit.ly/401wkYY #TeamWallSystem #ETICS #plaster #construction #vinnapas

We’ve talked a lot about the role of external thermal insulation composite systems (ETICS) in hot climate zones. Now let’s look at an alternative: thermal insulation render/plaster (TIR).
