Just when we all thought the energy crisis was a thing of the past, the government under Javier Milei has decided to keep the emergency energy measures rolling right into July 2025. Yes, you read that correctly. Who doesn't love a good extension on a crisis? By the way, that little gem came courtesy of Decree 1023/2024, which you can find gracing the pages of the Boletín Oficial. But wait, there's more! They also decided to keep the interventions from ENRE and Enargas on the table. Because clearly, the best way to handle a crisis is to extend the intervention indefinitely while we kick the can down the road. And let's not forget the joy of provisional tariff reviews for electricity and natural gas services. Who doesn't want to live in uncertainty for a while longer?
