The first of 9 rules in The Economy of Algorithms is to automate relentlessly but mindfully. The following might be obvious to project and process management experts. Still, it's unintuitive for everyone else. Once you remove the biggest bottleneck in your project by introducing AI to automate it, a new bottleneck, almost just as narrow, will almost certainly appear immediately. It's because we don't see any other bottlenecks once the biggest one throttles the flow of activities. They only emerge once the flow increases. Automating individual activities is not the right approach. You must have a holistic view of your processes and approach automation wisely. Rather than automating individual tasks, you might need to redesign your processes to eliminate several bottlenecks at a time! Automate relentlessly but mindfully. PS can't help but notice a "bot" in "bottleneck"! 😂 Int4 Michal Krawczyk 🚀 #artificialintelligence #business #technology
