Today marks the three-year anniversary since Efstratios Fonias , PhD and I finalized the structural equation model (SEM) for our master's thesis hypotheses. In autumn 2019, I enrolled in an MBA program at Blekinge Institute of Technology . The studies were conducted remotely and at half speed, allowing me to continue working full-time. The thesis focused on an area of great interest to us: How does leadership impact innovation and employee performance?
