💕As a meditation and wellness coach, my non-negotiables reflect a self-care and self-love approach to physical, mental, and emotional well-being. Here’s how you can incorporate these four non-negotiables into your daily routine: 1. Daily Movement💃 * Ensure you engage in some form of physical activity every day. This could include yoga, a workout session, or a dance class. Consistent daily movement helps maintain physical fitness, enhances mental clarity, and reduces stress, enabling you to stay energized and focused throughout the day. 2. Clean Eating🌿 * Prioritize eating a balanced and nutritious diet. Focus on whole foods such as fruits, vegetables, lean proteins, whole grains, and healthy fats. Avoid processed foods and excessive sugar. Preparing my meals mindfully and enjoying them without distractions promotes better digestion and overall well-being, keeping me at my best for coaching others. 3. Outside Puppy Walks🐶 * Take you or your puppy for walks outside daily. This not only ensures that your pet gets the necessary exercise but also provides you with the benefits of fresh air and nature. Walking your puppy can be a mindful practice, allowing you to connect with nature, clear your mind, and boost your mood. It’s a wonderful way to incorporate movement and mental relaxation into your routine. 4. Hydration💦 * Make it a priority to stay well-hydrated throughout the day. Start your morning with a glass of warm lemon water and continue drinking water regularly. Aim for at least 8 glasses (about 2 liters) a day. Proper hydration supports all bodily functions, keeps your energy levels up, and helps maintain clear, glowing skin. 💞 Remember to put your oxygen mask on first. You are worth it.
