This battle rope version is called seated rainbows. Legs together and both ropes move over the legs at the same time, left to right. You can change the hand grip so it’s like you’re holding a microphone. I don’t find this version particularly difficult but it’s fun. So many great variations to do with battle ropes Maria Pearson Full body, grip strength & great Stimulation for our CNS I just posted a vid a couple days ago after my leg day sesh, I was toast 😅
