This means standing up for colleagues and promoting a fair and just workplace. A unified and supportive team is key to success and resilience. Let's choose to surround ourselves with loyal and supportive advocates. Together, we can build a strong, cohesive community, standing by each other even when we're not present. As Nelson Mandela wisely said, "Honor belongs to those who never forsake the truth even when things seem dark and grim, who try over and over again, who are never discouraged by insults, humiliation and even defeat."
