Happy Monday, folks. Always nice to get enough sleep on the weekend that you wake up feeling good on Monday, and excited to get to it. I talked before about radical scheduling, and today's a fines example of it. I have time to get all I need done if I just stick to my schedule: Morning: new words for 2 books and a screenplay. Lunch: hit the gym, also, eat. Afternoon: finish a work project. Evening: Marketing work and newsletter stuff. Easier said than done, I know, but then if it wasn't a challenge it wouldn't be fun. Speaking of challenges, I challenge anyone who reads this to sign up for me Irregular Newsletter. Why, you ask? Contests, free ebooks, discounts on paperbacks, and insights into my book marketing strategy for those who like that sort of thing. Here's the link, anad hey, you get a free book with it. Not bad, eh? https://lnkd.in/gn4EYbT9 Have a good one! #amwritingfantasy #amediting #morecoffee

It's been some time since I've done these monthly recaps, but this month was special, so here you go: April has been chaotic. Bad days - check Good days- Check Good business days- Check Doing things for personal growth- Check April felt new: - Started therapy - Signed a very cool brand - Initiated plannings for my sister's wedding (and that shit is real :') - Might not have showed up here as often, - but showed up for work every day. - Started 3 awesome books and loving them - Painted more often. Got better at it. - Spent unreasonable time with my loved ones - Binged some good shows. (House of the dragon, anybody?) And if you're already not subscribed to my newsletter (link in the comments) the books i'm reading are: - A Little Life by Hanya Yanagihara - The unridged journals of Sylvia Plath - 101 lessons that will change the way you think by Brianna West - And some poetry here and there. Alright, everybody calm down :P We've ended the month on a good note and lots of hope. Because what's life without hope?

Ask yourself, what would a different path look like for you? Do you have any regrets in life? Are you taking time for granted? In a conversation with Michael Herold and guest Jodi Wellman, they delve into her upcoming book, "You Only Die Once: How to Make It to the End with No Regrets". Jodi comes loaded with humor, positive psychology and research-backed data, reminding us all of the value of time. As Jodi shares, we only have a limited number of Mondays in our lives, around 4,000, so it's essential to take charge of how we spend those days, and live life to the fullest, before it's too late! Listen in via the link in the comments and learn: ⭐ Why we only realize the importance of time when we have little left ⭐ How the Grim Reaper is a prominent character in Jodi’s book and message ⭐ Regrets of commission vs regrets of omission ⭐ What is death reflection? ⭐ Ideas for gaining vitality in your life ⭐ Finding meaning in life ⭐ The value in pre-savoring and savoring the things that bring you joy in life #youonlydieonce
