Yesterday, our team took some time to see our product just like our customers do 👀 It's easy to get stuck on the tiny details or focus too much on one single part when building a software, but this workshop allowed us to take a step back and look at the big picture—how everything connects and works together. Going through the product from a customer’s view and seeing what we've built together and with our customers made us proud... and may have made us spot some workflows we'd like to make even smoother.

Three years in and I remain convinced our approach is the right one... In the world of software, we've grown accustomed to underwhelming responses when things go awry or don't meet expectations. "Thanks, we've logged your bug in our backlog", only for it to still be open 2 years later. At our core, we're committed to building a product that's not just highly reliable but also a joy to use. Of course, we're not perfect, and there are times when we miss the mark. While we could invest more time in preemptive measures, you pretty quickly enter the realm of diminishing returns. That's why we focus on prioritize efforts around speed. - Spotted a bug? Chances are, we're already on it, and a fix is on its way within minutes. - Frustrated by a user experience? Expect an improvement by day's end. In our book, speed wins. Turns out our customers are pretty happy with it too.
