🎯 What are the applications for a strobe controller? 🙌 The most common applications for the strobe controller are applications where the target objects are moving, like packaging or filling lines. 1. Filling lines: for the beverage or pharmaceutical sector, it may be easily required to inspect 3000 containers (cans, bottles, vials) per minute! 2. Precise measurement systems: where it is important to have the same light conditions over time. 3. Linear applications: Here the strobe controller may be used in continuous mode to make sure the light conditions are stable over time. Maintaining consistency in critical dimensions across tooling sets helps to provide optimum tablet weight, thickness, and hardness uniformity, allowing you to provide high-quality tablets every time. Natoli Engineering strongly recommends measuring critical dimensions such as punch working length and cup depth. These measurements help track tooling life and tablet performance and quality. Punch working length should typically be within a 0.05mm (0.002”) range across the set.
