There certainly are 'lies' in the "word of God." The question-- given the 'dyslexic' nature of much of the Doctrine-- is: who or what is lying about whom or what? We know when we are doing something wrong because we are made in the image of God. You know when you do something wrong, your father, your mother, your brother, sisters, your son and your daughters know when they do something wrong. This is because we are created in the image of God to know good and evil. So if someone does something wrong, his/ her conscience or any part of the body will tell him/her that what he/she is doing is wrong and that you are going in the wrong direction. Why can't you repent from evil ways? We know the truth because some people will tell you that they don't know what they are doing is wrong or that the way they have followed it is not good. We know the truth, we should stop deceiving ourselves.
