Paperboard Vs. Corrugated Paperboard boxes (also referred to as Folding Catons) are normally printed with your LOGO and branding in addition to product information. They are not good as shipping boxes. Corrugated boxes are usually used for shipping and most often are blank or with very little printing. We can also wrap the corrugate with a full color printed sheet which will act as both branded product carton and also shipping box. #paperboard #corrugatedboxes

⭐️Read for more info!⭐️ 1️⃣ Once the client sends their design, the pressman makes metal template plates for the printing press to scan. 2️⃣ When the plates are made, they are inserted into the press and adjustments are made to make sure the final colors are correct. 3️⃣ The paper is inserted in one end and then we start her up and away she goes! 4️⃣ After everything has been printed, the brochures get taken to the cutter to trim off the excess paper. 5️⃣ Once it’s cut to size, the brochure is thrown into the magical folding machine that folds the brochure’s perfectly so the press man’s fingers don’t have to. 6️⃣ Now that it’s folded, the brochure is packaged up and sent to the eagerly awaiting customer. 🎥 If you want to see a visual representation of this, check out our video on brochures :) #asmr #asmrprinting #asmrsounds #reels #oddlysatisfyingvideo #1minuteprint #printing #print

Benefits of screen printing versus the embroidery process. Screen printing offers a vibrant and detailed designs at a lower cost per unit than embroidery, making it ideal for large-scale production runs. Additionally, it allows for greater details in replicating intricate artwork and fine features, enhancing the visual impact for your brand. 🐸

One thing I often hear is, "Isn't printing a banner just like printing a document?" Well, not quite! At F.W. Haxel, producing high-quality banners is a detailed process that requires much more than just hitting 'print.' After the pre-production stage is finalized, banners enter our queue, and most are double-sided. We print one side, let it dry, and "gas," then move on to the other. And it doesn't stop there—each banner needs finishing touches like sewing, grommeting, and more to ensure it's perfect. Creating durable, eye-catching banners takes a lot of care, precision, and time, but the end result is always worth it. Quality is in the details! #BannerCraftsmanship #AttentionToDetail #FWHaxel #HighQualityBanners

Screen printing is a versatile method for printing on various gift items like bags, pens, diaries, and mugs. Here's a brief overview of the screen printing process for each item: 1.Bags: Screen printing on bags is common for promotional purposes or creating custom designs. A screen is created with the desired design, and ink is then pushed through the screen onto the bag material. 2.Pens: Screen printing on pens involves a similar process, but on a smaller scale. The pen barrels are typically cylindrical, so the printing process may require a specialized jig to ensure accurate alignment of the design. 3.Diaries: Diaries often have a cover made of materials like leather, PU leather, or fabric. Screen printing can be applied directly to these covers to display logos, artwork, or personalized messages. 4.Mugs: Screen printing on mugs involves a slightly different process due to the curved surface. Specialized equipment called a cylindrical screen printing machine is used to ensure even application of ink around the mug's surface. #screenprinting # #digitalmarketing #uvpriting #offsetprinting

Let's talk branded workwear 👇 There's a number of different personalisation methods that can be used: screen printing, heat sealing and embroidery. At Knights, when personalising workwear we opt for either embroidery or heat seal techniques. But we’re often asked about screen printing as people want to know how it differs from heat seal and which is best. So we're breaking it down... 👕 With heat sealing, each item can have a different design without the need for expensive setup changes. Whereas screen printing requires a separate screen for each colour in the design, meaning that the costs of set-up can be prohibitive for one-off printing or small volumes. 👕 Detailed, high-resolution designs are possible with heat sealing, including fine lines and small text. What’s more, there are no colour limitations with the technique. 👕 We’ve also found that the heat-seal method produces durable results that keep the wearer looking smart and professional. Before you invest in workwear make sure to research the print methods used and ensure your workwear will look high-quality. DID YOU KNOW WE MANUFACTURE ALL OF YOUR SIGNS UNDER ONE ROOF? YES, OUR ROOF! WE DO NOT SUB OUT THE PRINTING TO ANYONE ELSE! WE MANUFACTURE YOUR PRODUCT FROM START TO FINISH IN OUR LA HABRA, CALIFORNIA FACILITY IN THE USA! There are many steps that have to be done before your signs can even reach one of our printers. Once the artwork and the proof approval process is completed, the actual manufacturing process can begin. This is one of the earlier steps in the process. We order aluminum coils, in various sizes and thicknesses. Each coil can weigh up to 3,000 lbs. The coils come slitted to our specifications and pre-coated on both sides with our custom base paint formula. From here the coils are sheeted to appropriate sizes for upcoming jobs. Screen printing is a different process than digital printing. In most cases, we are printing directly to the aluminum and not to rolled vinyl material. This results in a much more durable and long lasting outdoor sign! As you can see, this is all being done “in-house”. We manufacture your product from start to finish, under one roof! Our roof, right here in the United states! #jcgurysignsanddecals #securitysignsanddecals #jcgury #fencesigns #doorsigns #customsignsanddesigns
