🌟 From 29 to 72 - A remarkable journey in sustainability and performance! Pro-invest Group is thrilled to announce our latest GRESB Real Estate Assessment scores for both Standing Investments and Developments in our 8th year of reporting to GRESB. Our ‘Standing Investments’ received a solid score of 72/100, and our ‘Developments’ maintained an impressive score of 90/100. These scores are a testament to our dedicated management efforts, asset performance, and development activities, all aligned with our ESG principles. The assessment covered various aspects of our business, including Leadership, Policies, Reporting, Risk Management, Stakeholder Engagement, Certifications/Ratings, Consumption/Targets, and Data Monitoring and Review. From 2017 to 2024, Pro-invest Group more than doubled its GRESB Real Estate Standing Investments score, rising from 29/100 in 2017 to 72/100 in 2024. For assets under development, we have consistently driven forward our overall score improvements, maintaining a score of 90/100 in 2024.
