This post is spot on for #EFMP and SNP families trying to access #ABA services. DoD needs to assess all quantitative and non-quantitative limitations that serve as barriers to accessing #healthcare and #mentalhealth. Portions of the Mental Health Parity and Addiction Equity Act (MHPAEA) need to be enacted for #militaryfamilies to prevent some of the issues #military #specialneeds families have brought up about the Autism Care Demonstration. MHPAEA could also help with accessing clinical #behavioralhealth services to treat #anxiety and #depression before thoughts turn towards #suicide. Army, Navy and Air Force, Offences Relating to – Harbouring Deserter [Section 164 of BNS/Section 136 of IPC] Spouse Difference between section 136 of IPC and section 164 of BNS is in the exception clause. While the old law specifically mentioned that the exception applies when a wife provides shelter to her husband, the new law uses the more gender-neutral term “spouse”, indicating that the exception applies when either a husband or a wife provides shelter to their spouse who is a deserter.
