Of late, one functionality that I was particularly struck by was User Feedback. It enables a user to leave a comment at the exact moment an error occurs and incorporates both technical and practical aspects. You separate yourself not only from error logs history but from the person who faced the problem, which is much more effective in determining the emphasis on the improvement of the problems and raising user confidence.
