How do you truly know if your work has made an impact? This is one way we know to have worked. ‘Keeping in constant contact with our clients, even after the program has finished’. We’ve seen it all before, haven’t we? A service provider delivers on a promise over a given period and the recipients toddle off with a bucket load of ideas and a goal of bringing them to life. 5 minutes later, they are back at their desks and that troublesome word ‘reality’ has kicked in faster than I can add the new Jaws Lego set to my never-ending online basket. By the end of the day, it’s like being back at work 24 hours after you’ve enjoyed the holiday of a lifetime and feeling like you never went. You know the one. Our job isn’t just about delivering in the moment so that everyone leaves happy and inspired. It’s about ensuring that the investment you made continues to pay off long after our original time together has passed. Learnings are no good left in a drawer. We make sure they stay front of mind. What have you learnt that you are still actively implementing today?
Learnings are no good left in a drawer. Boots are no good left in a glove compartment. Thinking caps are no good if you're not wearing them!
