Many people enjoy group workouts or yoga classes I don’t… When I train for ✔︎ strength ✔︎ mobility ✔︎ agility That’s my ME time—the time I take intentionally for myself. I focus within. It’s my form of meditation. Covid has shown that when you rely on ▪︎ courses ▪︎ classes ▪︎ gyms you’re f**ked if something happens. This also applies when you travel. I chose to be self-sufficient. Independent. Free. The only things I need: → my body → yoga mat → gym rings → elastic bands They go where I go. ❓ How do you stay on track 365 days — year after year? Move your body. Be free. We don't need much to get and stay fit, we need to do the work with consistency and self discipline. Love the way you put together all those snippet videos that I've been making of you over the last 1 year 😅 I think you should make more videos, LOL
I cannot stand any group anything when it comes to working out.
Being with ourselves physically and mentally is so important to feel alive
Markus Kneissl agreed. However, I feel MUCH more motivated working out in a gym
So agree, the gym is my form of meditation Markus
There's something magical about working out alone and thriving when you do it. I wouldn't have it any other way!
Move your body. Be free. Thrive in life. Markus
It is really pretty remarkable what you can do with simple equipment and body weight exercises Markus Kneissl
