Many people enjoy group workouts or yoga classes I don’t… When I train for ✔︎ strength ✔︎ mobility ✔︎ agility That’s my ME time—the time I take intentionally for myself. I focus within. It’s my form of meditation. Covid has shown that when you rely on ▪︎ courses ▪︎ classes ▪︎ gyms you’re f**ked if something happens. This also applies when you travel. I chose to be self-sufficient. Independent. Free. The only things I need: → my body → yoga mat → gym rings → elastic bands They go where I go. ❓ How do you stay on track 365 days — year after year? Move your body. Be free.
