Failure is... GREAT. Yeh, it made me do a double take as well. But the message from Ayelet Germanski here is profound. Moving fast, breaking things, learning from mistakes - this is how greatness is achieved. And worrying about failure is the enemy of greatness. This was just one of the amazing insights from DealHub.io's panel with Ayelet Germanski, Amie Weizer, and Eyal Orgil at RevOps Co-op #RevOpsAF conference last month. Ayelet Germanski - I love the "failure is great" comment. Culturally, it is such an awesome value. I've worked in places with that mindset, and everyone has thrived. I've also worked in companies where people are "playing gotcha," waiting for others to fail. Nothing crushes progress more. Great talk Ayelet Germanski and Amie Weizer!
You are awesome Ayelet 👏🏼
