How do you guys finish your work during Ramadan? I usually can't. Because of my contrasting lifestyle and working with different time zone clients, I just stay awake the whole night and sleep the whole day off. I know some of you might say it's bad, but it is what it is. You gotta kneel toward your creator and also stay productive as much as you can. #ramadan2024 #productivity #productivelife #customerservice #clientservice

🌙 Over the past few years, I’ve participated in Ramadan fasting, despite the fact I’m not a Muslim. Here are five significant lessons I’ve gained from the experience: 1️⃣ Discovering the strength of my mind surpassed my expectations 2️⃣ A substantial increase in my focus and productivity 3️⃣ The tranquility of the night hours was a revelation 4️⃣ I learned to fast not only for the body but also for the mind and heart 5️⃣ A profound sense of gratitude and empathy grew within me Here are a few ways you can show support to your colleagues during Ramadan: ☪ Acknowledge and Respect – Show respect of their religious observance and understand their energy levels and schedules might differ during this period ☪ Flexible scheduling – offer flexibility in work hours to accommodate fasting employees who may need to adjust their schedules to accommodate prayer time or manager their energy levels ☪ Educate and Raise Awareness – take the opportunity to educate yourself and others ☪ Offer Support – whether it’s lending a helping hand with tasks or checking in to see how they’re doing; small gestures can make a big difference. Ramadan Mubarak to all those who observe 🌙 #ramadan2024

#Ramadan Kareem to you all. #RamadanSafety As we celebrate the first day of Ramadan, its important to remember that Ramadan demands a great deal of sacrifice and self-discipline and can present a set of challenges when it comes to health and safety. Going long periods without food or water coupled with work demands can cause fatigue, stress, and dehydration, increasing the risks of accidents and incidents. We should recognise the risks associated with fasting and mitigate them accordingly with sufficient control measures. Employees observing Ramadan are encouraged and advised to choose their diet wisely and modify their eating habits appropriately to take maximum advantage of nutritious food and safeguard their health. Suggestions include the following: Take the Suhoor meal as close to dawn as possible to sustain energy levels throughout the day. When breaking the fast, avoid caffeine and sugary drinks while drinking plenty of fluids: at least three litres between Iftar and Suhoor is recommended. Manage personal workloads so that strenuous tasks are tackled in the morning. Take regular breaks in a cool or shaded area if working outside in the sun. Monitor how you feel personally, and keep an eye on colleagues. If you are to travel or drive, plan journeys with plenty of spare time to avoid rushing. Keep communication channels open with colleagues and management. Try to get at least seven hours sleep a night. Follow the company's OHS policies with regard to fasting in the month of Ramadan. #ramadanmubarak May we all reap the benefits of this Ramadan fi dunia wal akhirah🙏
Ramadan Mubarak! May this month bring blessings and happiness to all #Ramadan
