I love taking notes while watching podcasts. Podcasts are something I can never get enough of—they are packed with an immense amount of knowledge that this generation can greatly benefit from. Writing down key ideas helps me understand and retain them better. Below is one of the concepts I came across, and it made so much sense. When you want something big from your life you'll have to keep your current life simple because there's something called "decision making fatigue". People overthink so much about small decisions and situations that they don't have enough physical and mental energy to spend on big decisions. So, usually when you see wealthy or succesful people wearing a very simple clothing, what they are actually doing is conserving their energy for the big decisions they'll have to take to grow more.
