Push-Up and Pull-Down Resistors, Does it matter❓️🤔 Here is my take: 🔋 In battery-powered devices, pull-up resistors can cause leakage currents, especially during power-down states when the pull-up rail remains active. This can slowly drain your battery, making it vital to design circuits with efficiency in mind. 📡 For sensors, resistor choice matters: NPN sensors need pull-ups, PNP sensors need pull-downs, and push-pull configurations operate without either. Understanding these nuances is key to optimizing both power and performance in your designs.
