Most people struggle with lead generation, but it’s so much easier if you follow a few simple rules… 1. Spend 80% of your time promoting one good lead magnet. Stop spreading your attention across 3-4 and focus on one high-value free offer. Use the other 20% of your time for ad hok campaigns and testing. 2. Always ask important questions as part of the lead generation process. E.g. - What’s your biggest struggle? - What’s your goal? - What have you tried before? Business owners are often afraid of adding extra barriers, but people prefer the tailored approach if it saves them time in the long run 3. Personalisation Stop making the same offer to everyone. When you ask good questions, you get good insights. Send them content and offers that are relevant to them. It will convert so much better. Provide tailored content and segmentation and you can find high-value leads far easier. If that’s all you do for the next few months, your lead generation will be so much more successful.

Thanks Martin. Sounds like some testing at the start will be needed to find out which is the best lead magnet to go with. Presuming how 'good' it is will be judged from the customer's perspective?
