Not sure if map has any correlation to Pay-to-Play in the US youth sport system. As an example: Families spend an average of around $1,188 a year on soccer costs, and travel soccer can cost $2,000 or more. That is why some sports are dominated by certain demographics or socioeconomically status which is not totally opposite in less developed countries (see soccer an an example).

My church rents out part of its facilities to a pre-school. They have inspirational messages placed throughout the building. The first one that caught my eye said, "Word hard and be nice to people." What a simple, but powerful statement. And I think it's obvious that it's not just relevant to pre-schoolers. While we all hopefully try to follow that advice, let's be nice by recognizing another group of Nice Guys and Gals. Every Friday, I’ll share nominations for people who have been identified as nice guys (and gals). If you want to nominate someone, just shoot me a private message by 5:00 EST on Thursday. There are only 3 requirements: 1) you have to be connected to the person you nominate 2) you can only nominate one person per week 3) you can’t nominate yourself 😀   If you want to provide a brief reason for your selection, that’s great, but it’s not a requirement. Let’s recognize people who make a difference simply by being nice. And hopefully. we'll all take a little break from working hard to enjoy Halloween.
