We have all heard and probably used the phrase “time is money" at some point. The phrase was popularized by Benjamin Franklin in his 1748 essay "Advice to a Young Tradesman", to emphasize that time is a valuable resource, just like money. For small businesses, time spent on mundane tasks means less time for growth and profitability. But what if you could save both time and money? That's where our work friend Artificial Intelligence (AI) comes in. AI tools can automate repetitive tasks, provide valuable insights, and streamline operations. Which helps you continue to work smarter, not harder. Implementing AI frees up your time to focus on what matters most: making more money. Ready to harness the power of AI? Your AI Wizards can help. I hear this myth all the time. It’s holding so many businesses back. Here’s what I’ve learned after seeing AI in action: → AI enhances your team’s work, not replaces them. It takes over repetitive tasks, so your people can focus on what really matters. → AI makes your business more efficient. Less time spent on manual tasks means more time for growth. → AI is accessible for SMBs, no massive budget needed. You can start small and scale as you grow. I’ve seen first hand how small businesses transform when they embrace AI. It’s not just about doing more—it’s about doing better. If you’re hesitant, I get it. But take the first step. Test it out. You’ll be surprised at the results. AI isn’t here to take over; it’s here to help you build something great. P.S : What are your thoughts on it ?

AI is advancing fast, but there’s one thing it can’t replace: human thinking 🧠. Think about it: —AI can process data in seconds. —It can automate tasks and even simulate decision-making. —But AI doesn’t have creativity or intuition. Why? Because true thinking involves emotions, imagination, and understanding context. Here’s the truth: AI might help, but it can’t replace human insight. It doesn’t feel empathy or grasp the bigger picture. Remember: —We need creative thinkers. —We need leaders with emotional intelligence. —We need people who go beyond what data tells them. AI can assist, but we are the ones who innovate, who push boundaries. So, how are you using your human edge today? Let’s talk about it in the comments! #AIvsHuman

AI won't solve complexity, but it will help you master It AI isn't here to make decisions for us—it’s here to help us navigate complexity faster. As AI becomes more integrated into our work, the challenge isn’t just understanding AI; - it’s handling the chaos of fast-moving environments. In the coming years, the key to success won’t be perfect decision-making. It will be about making good enough decisions quickly. AI accelerates this process by providing insights, suggestions, and predictions in real-time. But here’s the catch: You still need to lead. AI can give you options, but it’s your expertise that will decide which path to follow. Here’s how you can succeed in this new landscape: 1. Embrace the mess: Don’t be paralyzed by too much information. Use AI to filter noise and focus on what matters. 2. Make decisions faster: AI helps create enough certainty to move forward. Don’t wait for perfection. 3. Communicate clearly: Whether you’re building products or making strategic decisions, transparency is key. Keep people in the loop with clear error messages and progress updates. Remember, AI isn’t about eliminating complexity—it’s about mastering it faster. The real skill is adapting to rapid changes and using AI to turn uncertainty into opportunity. ------- ♻️ Repost this to help others in your network. And follow Torben for more

You're AI's "creativity knob." (here's how to control its output + make it work for you) I always say the temperature setting is your creativity dial. In other words... You can adjust how predictable or creative the AI's responses are. Here's my (tried and tested) 3-step formula: 1. Low Temperature: Precise answers ↳ Ex. Set close to 0 for factual tasks ↳ The AI picks the most probable next word 2. Medium Temperature: Balanced output ↳ Good for a mix of predictability and creativity ↳ Useful for semi-creative tasks 3. High Temperature: Creative responses ↳ Set closer to 1 for varied and unique outputs ↳ The AI explores less probable words It all comes down to: Adjust temperature → Control creativity. Optimize your AI settings → Get the best results. --- Want more tips? → Follow Leo Selie ⭕

Some people are afraid of AI replacing their jobs in the future. However, It's important to consider how AI can help you more productively at work. Asking clear and explicit questions is very important because AI can't provide high-quality answers to implicit questions. At most, you can create a business utilizing AI, have powerful assistants, and start a small business with minimal resources and investment, or provide service to solve people's problems.

tl;dr- Always begin from the end. When thinking about 𝗔𝗜 𝗶𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗴𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 in your business, remember Willie Sutton's simple logic: "Because that's where the money is." Before you jump into shiny new AI tools, ask yourself: 𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁’𝘀 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗿𝗲𝗮𝗹 𝗯𝘂𝘀𝗶𝗻𝗲𝘀𝘀 𝘃𝗮𝗹𝘂𝗲? Which stakeholders will benefit? And crucially, 𝘄𝗵𝗮𝘁’𝘀 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗥𝗢𝗜? If AI doesn't improve your bottom line or streamline key processes, it’s just a distraction. 𝗦𝘁𝗮𝗿𝘁 𝗯𝘆 𝗳𝗶𝗻𝗱𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗼𝘂𝘁 𝘄𝗵𝗲𝗿𝗲 𝗔𝗜 𝗰𝗮𝗻 𝗱𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗰𝘁𝗹𝘆 𝗶𝗺𝗽𝗮𝗰𝘁 𝘆𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝘄𝗼𝗿𝗸𝗳𝗹𝗼𝘄 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗯𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗺𝗲𝗮𝘀𝘂𝗿𝗮𝗯𝗹𝗲 𝘃𝗮𝗹𝘂𝗲. That’s how you ensure you're using AI where it truly counts. — Find this useful? Repost to help your network ♻. And follow me, Tal Galon for more.
