In the book, the government uses tricks, secret police, torture, and spies to control people. Citizens, as narrated in the novel, can only believe ideas that help the government. Sometimes, they have to believe two opposite things. For example, workers in the Ministry of Peace make war, and workers in the Ministry of Love hurt people. Meanwhile, any statement made by Donald Trump, no matter how absurd, how contrary to established law or procedure, how demonstrably improvable and obscene or how damaging it is to anyone else, is taken as PROBABLE by Justice Cannon. Why are the bad actors always affronted when confronted? Mr. Randy Kee, Director of the Ted Stevens Center for Arctic Security Studies, seems to be a fan of these rules (https://lnkd.in/gfjNGeCe). Yet, words are cheap - and no matter how many he utters, actions speak louder. His intimate activities overseas violate several of the rules, don’t they? At least 2 and 7. Does he really think hiding behind questionable piety absolves him? Part of SEAD 4 addresses behaving such that you can’t be criticized for poor behavior or open yourself up to influence. No matter the narrative, facts matter. Pictures don’t lie.
