Acknowledging our talents and skills, and make a habit of celebrating even small victories. It is important to take time to acknowledge our talents, skills, and accomplishments, even if they may seem small. Celebrating victories, no matter how minor, can boost our confidence, motivation, and overall well-being. Also owning our talents and skills is not about boasting or comparing ourself to others. It is about recognizing our own worth, celebrating our progress, and using that positive energy to fuel our continued growth and success.

If you don’t celebrate your accomplishments, who will? I work with so many incredible people who have done so much yet are afraid to share their successes because they don’t want to come across as braggarts. I tell them to remember: - If you’re even thinking that you might come across that way, you probably aren’t. - If someone thinks you are bragging that’s more an indication of their insecurities. Confident people celebrate others’ successes. - When you focus on the story behind your successes that helps people understand your journey and they’ll root for you even more. Get in the habit of celebrating your achievements without shame. This is how people will know where you’ve been, what you’ve accomplished, and how you can help them. Be proud of yourself and scream it from the rooftops. Anyone who has an issue with it isn’t your people.

Throwback to our first awards' night together ♡ Why 𝑷𝑳𝑼𝑺? It's simply about encouraging everyone to be a 𝑷𝑳𝑼𝑺 to the environment. It's easy to feel that your current job environment isn't giving you enough. It's healthier to consider what more you can give to the environment. Recently, a candidate asked me what it takes to be on the PLUS team. I replied, 'I'll take you under three conditions that you must agree to.' These conditions are 𝘂𝗻𝗶𝗾𝘂𝗲 to each candidate. 1. For the amount of grievances you have now, I hope you'll maintain the same level of gratitude when you succeed. 2. Allow me to remind you each time defensiveness surfaces, just for a year. Allowing me to remind you means you actually recognize and accept it. 3. Complete your homework. Guess which one he said was the hardest? What would be the hardest for you? Are you able to tell which values I am focusing on? If you share the same values and are passionate about making a meaningful impact, I warmly invite you to join our team and contribute to the 𝑷𝑳𝑼𝑺 vision. 💪🏻

We all benefit from taking a moment to reflect on our achievements and recognize our successes in life, whether big or small. For instance, I use an app on my phone that sends me daily reminders to practice gratitude. It might sound a bit cliché, but I find that even I need those little nudges to appreciate what I have accomplished. So today, I want to pose a question to you: What is one thing that you feel especially proud of today? How do you plan to celebrate that achievement? Whether it's treating yourself to something special, sharing your success with a friend, or simply taking a moment to revel in that pride, it's important to honor and acknowledge our successes.

Gen Z, we're early in our careers, which means we have a world of opportunities. But we're only as good as our last success. The last big project that was a big win. The last presentation where you killed it. The last time you solved a huge problem saving everyone time. We shouldn't let ourselves lose motivation. Instead we should use our wins to move forward. I've been complacent. Patting myself on the back for a win that's months old. Not using that momentum. That's what you shouldn't do. Take what you've done and compound it. You can always do better. While still appreciating your wins and accomplishments. This means taking time to celebrate. And still looking towards the future. What was your last big win?

As I celebrate another year today, I reflect on one of the most valuable lessons I’ve learned, both personally and professionally. The path to true success is simple: love what you do and do it with people you love. This mindset not only drives satisfaction but also fuels sustained progress in everything we pursue. When we are passionate about your work, challenges become opportunities. That enthusiasm fosters a sense of purpose and resilience, which leads to greater satisfaction and fulfillment. Working alongside people you respect and enjoy being around magnifies this effect. Strong, trusted relationships create an environment where collaboration, creativity, and support thrive. As we all push towards our goals, it’s worth pausing to ask: Am I loving what I do, and am I doing it with people I love? Cheers to success, fulfillment, and lasting progress!
