I see this truth so often in my clients who talk about people they interview, date and have as friends. Listen to hear not to interpret. Take what they say at face value. Don’t justify it. If they tell you they are seeking to do a job that is not in the job description they aren’t passionate about doing the job at hand. If they tell you they aren’t interested in getting married believe them as your worth is not measured by if you can change their mind.
