Shifting your mindset can really set you up for success. I have started meditating, praying and engaging in purposeful pre-planning each morning and it has been very helpful. Sometimes those of us carrying full loads must reinvest in ourselves so that we can continue to show up as our best selves in the workplace, at home with family and friends and in the community through our philanthropic efforts. Instead of focusing on the dreadful feelings surrounding looming deadlines try redirecting that thought with something more beneficial to the goal. #mindfullawyer #affirmations #intentionalliving #goaldigger

For 16 years, we've partnered with Glasgow City Council to deliver Sports and Dance Leadership qualifications, reaching an impressive milestone of over 12,500 young people. This successful programme now qualifies nearly 1,000 learners annually, who go on to support both community and city-wide events. The impact? An estimated 153,750 young people accessing sporting events each year, led by their peers. As Chris Woodcock, Leadership Project Lead Officer for Glasgow City Council, notes: "The experiences create lasting impressions on many of the young people. Pupils feel empowered."
