Hi Mashreq bank I have raised a complaint more than 15 working days trying to have a solution or a correct and valid information regarding one of my transactions. but no one wants to help or support but instead your customer service is giving wrong information and promising that they will call and update but nothing. I tried to do a transfer 3 times and it is failed and whenever I ask about the refund date they are saying 3 to 4 working days and after 15 days Your customer service said that your transfer is done?????? After I asked about confirmation they said that we have raised a complaint and it will take 3to 4 working days. And whenever I call there is no way to connect to an agent, and I always I get this response from your chat support we have transferred your enquiry and someone will contact you and trying their best to end the session without any valid information or a solution.
