Having received an overwhelming response to our open roles, I want to share what truly defines success at Endear: We're looking for builders who own their impact. The most successful hires at Endear don't wait for perfect instructions – they identify problems, propose solutions, and drive results. We are looking for people who have the judgment to know when to move fast and when to align with the team. As a remote-first company, we've built our culture around outcomes, not hours. We trust our team to manage their time and energy. No mandatory hours or constant check-ins. Instead, we measure success through impact: Are you solving meaningful problems? Are you moving our key metrics? Are you making our customers' lives better? If you thrive in environments where you can shape your own path and directly influence company success, we'd love to hear from you. Know that while I may not be able to respond to every message, our team is working hard to review everyone.
We're hiring for all things product & engineering. We now have 3 open roles: - Head or Product Design - Senior Software Engineer - Associate Product Manager - Content & Onboarding If any of these interest you, please apply. If none of these apply, but you think you're a great fit, DM me directly and pitch yourself.

I'm sure UX hiring will be great 2025 for 3 reasons: 1. Impending deregulation in tech leads to more more capital = more hiring 2. There are resilient sectors such and finance and healthcare to buffer tech 3. The UX down cycle is exhausted + companies still need to deliver products that work Bonus - the impending global AI product hangover. Tell me why you agree (or why you think I'm wrong)

Eric Shumake is pointing at some important truths here. Truly appreciate his recent contributions. I agree with his takes here, especially the bonus one about an AI hangover. I recently used the same term--hangover--in a conversation with a colleague. My sense is that AI "drunkenness" is symptomatic of a more pervasive ignorance and laziness within many companies that leads to over-indexing on tech as the solution to problems that often have not been fully or mindfully articulated. The results have often been lackluster at best and exploitative at worst. It's time for UXers to be the "sober friends" who help bring people back to reality and shed some light on the stupid shit they've been doing.

Adobe Express is looking for a Senior Product Manager. Tuesdays are always a good day to start following up with hiring for product manager interviews since Monday is generally a mess. People come back from the weekend not remembering what they did, what they need to work on, or what the team needs to work towards and immediately hiring managers are thrown into Zoom meeting after Zoom meeting after Zoom meeting. This is why I tell most product manager job hunters in my program to follow up with the product manager job posts from Friday afternoon and Saturday morning on Tuesday afternoons. Here is the thing y’all need to understand. The product manager job hunter currently is mad savage. Heads and Directors of product alike get 70+ DMs within the first 20 minutes of the job post going live and you know who ends up grabbing those interviews? The people that follow up with them 2 days later, 3 days later, and 4 days later. When I was working at a tech recruiting agency, my mentor told me that most of the business was done on the 7th to 12 follow up, and these days that seems to be true for securing product manager interviews too. Except you don’t need to follow up with the hiring manager 7 times just, 3 to 4 times will do if you are using value-driven LinkedIn Messages like the ones I have for you in Skool. https://lnkd.in/gCsMZ-Ab Steal my LinkedIn Message templates in Skool: https://lnkd.in/gCsMZ-Ab PS For the love of god do not buy into the myth that companies are not hiring during the holiday season. Hiring budgets must be used by the end of the year and the teams that don’t use their hiring budget LOSE THEIR HIRING BUDGET. Product Gym was born on 11/7/17 and I remember very clearly one of our originals secured 51+ interviews between Cyber Monday and Christmas Eve. She applied and that’s why she ended up getting interviews. Everybody else kept telling themselves the market was bad, so they didn’t apply, and that’s why they didn’t get interviews. #productmanagement #productmanagementjobs #productmanagementcareers #productmanagementtransition #productgym #speedtolead
