It´s not a mistake See every moment as a gift from me (regardless of how it’s packaged) I know what you’re thinking: Really, Life? You’re kidding me, right? Do you want me to call a heartbreak, parking ticket, and my spilt coffee a gift? You got your wish list mixed up. Thanks, but no thanks. I get it. When something unwanted happens, the first instinct is to curse it, wish it away and file a complaint with the universe. It’s only human. But in resisting this moment, you are resisting life. When you wrestle against what is before you, you wrestle against the entire universe. (you’re strong, but that’s even above your weight class) Say yes to this moment, no matter what it contains. Accept what is in front of you as if I had lovingly placed it there for you. And trust that it is here to bless you, even if you cannot yet see how. Accept the seemingly ‘bad’, like you’d accept a knitted jumper from a beloved grandma. As soon as you work with this moment instead of against it, your life will unfold with more ease. And you might just discover a gift! P.S. There you have it - I just let you in on Life’s secret sauce. Talk about a giveaway! #trust #personaldevelopment #spirituality #consciousness

What’s in your cup? A question to reflect on , this applies to your faith, personal and work life. #gratitude #kindness ANALOGY: You are holding a cup of coffee when someone comes along and bumps into you or shakes your arm, making you spill your coffee everywhere. Why did you spill the coffee? "Because someone bumped into me!!!" Wrong answer. You spilled the coffee because there was coffee in your cup. Had there been tea in the cup, you would have spilled tea. Whatever is inside the cup is what will spill out. Therefore, when life comes along and shakes you (which WILL happen), whatever is inside you will come out. It's easy to fake it, until you get rattled. So we have to ask ourselves... “what's in my cup?" When life gets tough, what spills over? Joy, gratitude, peace and humility? Anger, bitterness, victim mentality and quitting tendencies? Life provides the cup, YOU choose how to fill it. Today let's work towards filling our cups with gratitude, forgiveness, joy, words of affirmation, resilience, positivity; and kindness, gentleness and love for others.

Just a reminder... As you chase your dreams, goals, and ambitions, make sure you leave enough time to pause and reflect, to really look, and to ask questions - even if they're questions you thought you had long since settled. Often we move quickly from thing to thing (life is busy, after all), instead of taking time to pause, to think about big questions, essential questions. It's not unlike skipping over Holy Saturday as we move from Good Friday to Easter Sunday. After all, there are things to do. But we need time. To quote Ryan Holiday in Stillness is the Key: "We have to get better at thinking, deliberately and intentionally, about the big questions. On the complicated things. On understanding what's really going on with a person, or a situation, or with life itself." Don't just skip ahead to the next thing. Take some time to figure out what it is you want, what your gifts are, how you can use them to serve others. There are many more important things in life than what we are chasing. To quote Kipling: "Beware of overconcern for money, or position, or glory. Someday you will meet a man who cares for none of these things. Then you will know how poor you are." #stillness #pause #reflection #bigquestions #purpose

Good Friday Reflection The Easter story, whether you believe it literally or not, holds a powerful message about human sacrifice. It can be seen as a call to action, a guide on how to reach your full potential and why it's crucial to do so. Imagine the ultimate act of selflessness: the most innocent person willingly enduring a brutal and unjust punishment to illuminate the path for humanity. Isn't that similar to taking your own destiny and your place in the world seriously? Reflection: How can I become the best version of myself? What greater potential am I holding myself back from? If you're unsure, start by chipping away at the negativity in your life. What's one unproductive habit you keep repeating that makes your life harder than it needs to be? What could you give up? What would you give up? You might not like the answer you find. That's often a sign it's true. But if you take action on it, your life will be better. If something leaves your life. Let it go. If you’re too much for someone, let them go. If being with them, over there, in this place or that place requires you to be less of you and more of what they demand, it’s time to go. If you cannot be at peace. Let it go. If it causes more harm than good. Let it go. If it breaks you with no reward, let it go. If it destroys you. Let it go. I promise you, every good and perfect thing will return unto your life, in the condition you need it to be, for you to survive. Go for greater and Let it go 💚. #LinkedInWeekendEdition

Paraphrasing from an article I read today, but a wonderful analogy… If you’re holding a cup of coffee & someone bumps into you & it goes everywhere, why did it spill? Because someone bumped in to you is the easy answer…but not the correct one. You spilled the coffee because there was coffee in your cup. Life will “bump into you” from time to time - that is an absolute certainty. And when that happens, whatever is inside you will “spill out. So we have to ask ourselves...”what's in my cup?" When life gets tough, what spills over? Joy, gratitude, peace and humility? Anger, bitterness, victim mentality and quitting tendencies? Life provides the cup, YOU choose how to fill it. Today let's work towards filling our cups with gratitude, forgiveness, joy, words of affirmation, resilience, positivity, and kindness, gentleness and love for others. #inspiration #motivation #cuprunethover #gratitude #whatwillyougive #attitude

Yesterday was my birthday 🥳 ! I received this 4 laws of spirituality beautifully frame that I would like to share!! The truth is, I don’t believe in coincidences, maybe some of us are in need of understanding how to approach life’s events with acceptance and trust: 1️⃣ The Person Who Arrives is the Right Person: Every person we meet has a role to play in our journey. They bring lessons, insights, and challenges meant to help us grow and evolve. 2️⃣ What Happens is the Only Thing That Could Have Happened: Accepting that everything occurs as it should can help us let go of regrets or “what ifs.” Each event, no matter how challenging, shapes who we are and contributes to our journey. 3️⃣ Any Time it Starts is the Right Time: Life unfolds when we are ready. When we feel the pull to begin something new, it’s because we’re prepared to embrace it. 4️⃣ When Something Ends, It Ends: Closing a chapter, even when difficult, allows us to move forward. We grow from each experience, carrying those lessons into new phases. The phrase “no snowflake ever falls in the wrong place,” reminds us that every part of our journey has purpose. This post might indeed reach someone just when they need it, encouraging a sense of trust in life’s timing. #inspirational #spirituality #lifevents

“I don’t know what is my life's purpose." Does that sound like you? Well, you don’t find your purpose somewhere else; you create your purpose, exactly where you are, and keep on adding meaning to it. Once you accept yourself as you are, only then can you allow yourself to become more self-aware, and thus create the space to mold yourself into who you genuinely want to become. But probably, your purpose will change over time. That’s because as you go through different experience in your life, your sources of meaning will change. Did it strike a chord? #selflove #purpose #lifelessons #selfaware
