Students are all well versed with ca breast staging. The issue is early breast ca and locally advanced ca will be shown in clinics, ward leaving and OSCE . Metastatic ca will most of the time not be shown in clinics either because patient may be sick/ pain/ functional deficits . but definitely questions will be asked in Viva , theory. Students are forced to imagine while reading the text, and think by default that metastatic ca breast is the end of the disease and only palliation is possible , this presentation is an humble attempt to bring the real time clinical situation to you .
