We had an unfortunate incident happen that we were made aware of today. It appears there is a person impersonating as a recruiter for Ecoplexus using the domain name of talentsecoplexus.com. If you receive an unsolicited email from a person with that domain, please be aware that they are not affiliated with or work for Ecoplexus Inc. whatsoever. Luckily we were contacted by an individual that was sent an email regarding an open position at Ecoplexus (it wasn't even a position we had open) but had the wherewithal to contact Ecoplexus via our own website. Any open positions we have at Ecoplexus will be located on our Careers page. This individual received an email from a person identifying themselves as Hayley Campbell with an email of hayley@talentsecoplexus.com. Again this domain and this person going by the name of Hayley does not work for Ecoplexus Inc., nor is the domain affiliated with Ecoplexus Inc. They start off by emailing you as a perspective colleague: Dear Prospective Colleague, It is my utmost pleasure to introduce to you an exceptional opportunity to further your career trajectory with our reputable establishment, Ecoplexus. As a renowned leader in the development, design, engineering, construction, financing operations and ownership of sustainable energy solutions, we are currently seeking a highly qualified Renewable Energy Consultant to join our esteemed remote workforce. This email specifically states the position is a Renewable Energy Consultant position. We do not have a position by that name open at Ecoplexus Inc. We are not sure that other position titles have been used. Again this is not how we would communicate with a candidate and it's not a domain name we would have or use. They go on to send you a follow up email if you interact with them via email, (i.e. send your resume to them or reply to their email). Their follow up email then addresses you by your name and then they proceed to send you a questionnaire form as an attachment. They state this method serves not just as an initial evaluation but as your entry point into Ecoplexus (again they are not affiliated with the company). They also state it is crucial to assure that you provide accurate information throughout the process because if they find your interview responses satisfactory, they would proceed promptly in sending an employment offer letter outlining salary details and benefits due to an urgent need to fill the role. If you see this type of email come through from anyone using the domain talentsecoplexus.com please be aware this is not from Ecoplexus Inc. and we consider it a scam and phishing attempt. Thank you
