Baya Systems has officially exited stealth mode today, unveiling an impressive portfolio of products designed to tackle one of the most central challenges in semiconductor design in the era of AI and chiplets. Our journey began with a timely phone call from Jim Keller and Tanuja Rao, whose encouragement, along with the support of industry leaders like Stan Reiss at Matrix and Pat Gelsinger at Intel Corporation, gave Team Baya the confidence and resources to move swiftly. In a remarkably short period, we secured investment, built a world-class team, acquired our first customer, and delivered a high-performance, unique solution. The future looks incredibly bright with dozens of high-profile customer engagements and immense interest and confidence in our technology and team. Reflecting on this journey, I am overwhelmed with a sense of pride and excitement and truly grateful to everyone who supported us along the way. Helping the industry overcome a critical bottleneck and being at the forefront of this transformative era in semiconductors feels like the most rewarding and significant decision of my life.
