Advanced Arm Care In my sports research experience working with overhead athletes, I found that traditional exercises often fell short of replicating the intensity of competition. I dedicated my research to developing innovative solutions aimed at training athletes beyond the demands of their sport. Take a look at this advanced exercise demonstrated by a baseball pitcher, aiming to complete 300-500 repetitions in a single training session. This particular exercise exceeds the athlete's MVIC. Meaning, this exercise recruits more muscle activation than the athlete produced by a max voluntary isometric contraction. #SportsResearch #AthleticTraining #InnovativeExercises
