Insight professionals are needing to see themselves more as culture shifters... When you do any sort of strategic research, your job is to wise up stakeholders and provide them with new ways of thinking about and doing their job. So, shouldn't insight professionals see themselves as people who can shift internal culture? Think about how you can be the voice of the customer in workshops, brainstorming sessions, design, etc rather than just delivering insights.
