Great to see Successfactors using a very relatable use case for how AI can support teams contact centres / HR Advisors / Payroll teams to reduce the number of queries received. Having worked in Shared Services for many years, these types of questions to managers and HR are still very common.

If I had to pick one scenario where the value of AI is crystal clear: Explain my Pay! When you watch the video you immediately understand why. For employees: - a quick and easy way to understand all the numbers on a payslip - ask as many questions as they want - a smart way to compare their current payslip to the previous one For payroll professionals: - a sure way to lower the number of payroll questions - a junior assistant that helps them get work done - while they can focus on solving real anomalies As a former payroll center lead, I can tell you that this is the one that will drive service tickets down. And I'm pretty sure it actually saves time and improves everyone's experience! Does your payroll vendor offer this feature yet? If not, ask when it's on the roadmap.
