🚘 𝐘𝐨𝐮 𝐝𝐨𝐧'𝐭 𝐜𝐡𝐨𝐨𝐬𝐞 𝐅𝐞𝐫𝐫𝐚𝐫𝐢, 𝐅𝐞𝐫𝐫𝐚𝐫𝐢 𝐜𝐡𝐨𝐨𝐬𝐞𝐬 𝐲𝐨𝐮 Ferrari is to Luxury cars what Hermes is to Luxury bags. Excellence in creating desire through scarcity. Here's Ferrari's blueprint for exclusivity: 1️⃣ 𝐂𝐨𝐧𝐭𝐫𝐨𝐥𝐥𝐞𝐝 𝐬𝐮𝐩𝐩𝐥𝐲 Enzo Ferrari’s guiding principle? “Ferrari will always deliver one car less than the market demands.” Consider the Purosangue SUV. Its demand skyrocketed upon release in 2022. Yet Ferrari paused taking new orders. To avoid surpassing 20% of total sales Now, those who've made the cut face a 2-year wait. 2️⃣ 𝐓𝐡𝐞 𝐀-𝐋𝐢𝐬𝐭 𝐚𝐝𝐯𝐚𝐧𝐭𝐚𝐠𝐞 Ferrari HQ carefully manages a priority list. And rewards loyal customers with early access to limited editions. But being on the list doesn't just depend on the number of Ferraris you own. It's also about your engagement with the brand—attending events, racing, embracing the Ferrari way of life... True passion unlocks access to the exclusive models. Not just wealth. 3️⃣ 𝐓𝐡𝐞 𝐮𝐥𝐭𝐢𝐦𝐚𝐭𝐞 𝐞𝐱𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐞 Designing a car that’s entirely yours? Collaborating with Ferrari's designers? This privilege is reserved for Ferrari's top 250 client. With only 2 to 3 bespoke cars made annually, the waitlist stretches to five years. My takeaway from Ferrari? Build exclusivity through connection. Not just sales. ⬇ 𝐂𝐨𝐧𝐯𝐢𝐧𝐜𝐞𝐝 𝐛𝐲 𝐅𝐞𝐫𝐫𝐚𝐫𝐢'𝐬 𝐚𝐩𝐩𝐫𝐨𝐚𝐜𝐡❓

Quick summary for when I get old and am scrolling through my LinkedIn to look at cars I grew up around: 1. V 16, not W - Bugatti said ground up. We believe you, Big Bug. The last known modern variant of this was the RR V 16 for Johnny English Reborn? Can't be sure. 2. 1000 BHP. Yeah, look at you 4 cylinders complaining about how this engine is toned down and the last engine made 1001 BHP and all that. You would think you are ready. No one is ready when horsepower hits. However, if you still insist on complaining, 3. Here's 800 BHP more. Coming from 3 motors. Trust me. You can't handle it. Unless you're Sir. Andy Wallace. Or a monkey with a heavy foot. On the Ehra Lessein. 4. 400 will come to you in less than 25 seconds. You will live more in a minute, in a machine like this, than most will ever do in a lifetime. (Not my line, thank Burt Monroe). 5. She's pretty. And that steering wheel deserves to be a living room ornamentation, in addition to being a useful tool. - Iti.

Did you know that Ferrari produced only 13,221 cars in 2022? Despite this limited output, they achieved €5.1 billion in net revenue and a net profit of €939 million. The secret behind this impressive performance lies in their strategic approach known as Scarcity-Based Differentiation. By producing a limited number of luxury vehicles, Ferrari maintains a strong demand and exclusivity, which allows them to command higher prices. 💙 Limited Production: This exclusivity transforms ownership into a rare privilege, making it more desirable. 💙 High Demand, High Prices: The limited supply creates a surge in demand, allowing Ferrari to charge a premium for its vehicles. People are willing to pay more for what feels unattainable. 💙 Luxury Branding: The brand is synonymous with luxury and status. Each model is not just a car; it’s a statement, reinforcing the owner’s social standing. 💙 Curated Experiences: Ferrari invests in exclusive events and experiences for owners, deepening their connection to the brand and ensuring loyalty. This personal touch reinforces the sense of belonging to an elite club. In essence, Ferrari's scarcity creates value—turning fewer cars into more profit. #Ferrari #LuxuryMarketing #ScarcityMarketing #BusinessStrategy #Profitability
