Working with an electrical company. They’re on pace to more than double revenue from last year. Which was around 2.3M. Early this year, the owner stepped out of the field. Started focusing on getting larger bid jobs. Hiring, networking, team building, managing, growing. Adjusted focus: Not an electrical company. A staffing and bidding company that does electrical work. Focus + Mindset = Growth

The killer for engineering teams at scale is division! Organizations, big or small, without an active engineering team will always end up with ineffective development efforts. They always rely on few individual talents to find success, as opposed to trying to operationalize how their engineering teams can fix problems and add value in a predictable and consistent way. That is a huge cost for any company... So what is the solution? Hire a third-party consultant, that comes in as an outsider, and helps your company with forming a strong consistent dialogue amongst your engineering teams, aligns everyone on the same path with consistent tooling and delivery mechanisms, to help you meet your deadlines!
