Did you know that turning off the radio or podcast during your commute home and being left with your own thoughts can drastically reduce stress levels after a busy day? This simple hack allows you to reflect on the day that has just passed and plan for the next. The result? You can walk through the door and be totally present with your family. Bringing work home, literally or in your head, is a major driver of stress. Stress doesn't stay compartmentalized; it follows us from home to work and back. Use this hack to clear your mind and better enjoy your time at home. #StressRelief #MindfulCommute #WorkLifeBalance

Always love your posts. Sometimes with so much on the go, I can also be in my head in the car (which by the way I do thoroughly enjoy too) and a little bit of music can really help me relax mentally. I think you're right for so many of us who find a distraction safer than actually reflecting on the day gone by. Fortunately I love reflection too! Great hacks.

... You are forgetting the power of a good singing session!
