Hi, my name is Jordan Matthews. It might sound counterintuitive, but commercial cleaning isn't all about cleaning, especially for larger organisations when you have a lot of areas that need cleaning and a limited budget. And let's face it, everyone's got a limited budget. The trick to a successful outcome is determining where to allocate resources and we figure out which areas are directly linked to revenue, perhaps customer satisfaction, staff well-being, hygiene, and those are the areas that receive the most attention. Or specifically a higher portion of the budget, if you're unable to find a commercial cleaner that does the basics well, you might not be thinking on that level yet, but with the basics covered, this will definitely be the next step. And this is where I spent a lot of my time in client facing scenarios. And in that, in that aspect, we we see our role as a operations partner instead of a service provider. And it's obviously our job to figure out how best to allocate your budget and resources that best align with your business and its strategies. And not surprisingly, our clients really love this approach and it's allowed us to retain even our first client, the Metro apartments in Newcastle to this day.
